CRUMBLE GRANOLA WITH ALMOND & CINNAMON

FOR 6 SERVINGS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 APPLES
  • 3 NECTARINES OR PEACHES
  • 120G WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
  • 120G BUTTER
  • 150G GRANOLA (ALMOND AND CINNAMON)

RECIPE:

  • PEEL AND CUT THE APPLES INTO PIECES.
  • CUT THE NECTARINES INTO PIECES.
  • COOK THE APPLES IN A COVERED SAUCEPAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES, STIRRING REGULARLY.
  • ADD THE NECTARINES AND CONTINUE COOKING UNTIL THE FRUIT IS JUST TENDER (NOT TOO LONG OR IT WILL TURN INTO COMPOTE).
  • PLACE THE FRUIT MIXTURE IN A BAKING DISH.

FOR THE CRUMBLE TOPPING:

  • MIX THE FLOUR AND GRANOLA TOGETHER.
  • MELT THE BUTTER AND ADD IT TO THE MIXTURE. STIR WELL.
  • SPREAD THE CRUMBLE MIXTURE OVER THE FRUIT.

BAKING:

  • BAKE AT 210°C (410°F) FOR 30 MINUTES.
