FOR 6 SERVINGS
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 APPLES
- 3 NECTARINES OR PEACHES
- 120G WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
- 120G BUTTER
- 150G GRANOLA (ALMOND AND CINNAMON)
RECIPE:
- PEEL AND CUT THE APPLES INTO PIECES.
- CUT THE NECTARINES INTO PIECES.
- COOK THE APPLES IN A COVERED SAUCEPAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES, STIRRING REGULARLY.
- ADD THE NECTARINES AND CONTINUE COOKING UNTIL THE FRUIT IS JUST TENDER (NOT TOO LONG OR IT WILL TURN INTO COMPOTE).
- PLACE THE FRUIT MIXTURE IN A BAKING DISH.
FOR THE CRUMBLE TOPPING:
- MIX THE FLOUR AND GRANOLA TOGETHER.
- MELT THE BUTTER AND ADD IT TO THE MIXTURE. STIR WELL.
- SPREAD THE CRUMBLE MIXTURE OVER THE FRUIT.
BAKING:
- BAKE AT 210°C (410°F) FOR 30 MINUTES.
