FOR 6 SERVINGS INGREDIENTS: 4 APPLES 3 NECTARINES OR PEACHES 120G WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR 120G BUTTER 150G GRANOLA (ALMOND AND CINNAMON) RECIPE: PEEL AND CUT THE APPLES INTO PIECES. CUT THE NECTARINES INTO PIECES. COOK THE APPLES IN A COVERED SAUCEPAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES, STIRRING REGULARLY. ADD THE NECTARINES AND CONTINUE COOKING UNTIL THE FRUIT IS JUST TENDER (NOT TOO LONG OR IT WILL TURN INTO COMPOTE). PLACE THE FRUIT MIXTURE IN A BAKING DISH.
